I booked a room with a comfortable bed, central heating and a sitting area. The staff were great and offered guidance. Location: the hotel was short walk to fabulous restaurants as well as the town centre. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Balcon that was only 5 minutes' walk away👍

I almost thought about giving a good review, but the lack of snacks between meals was unacceptable. The decor was lovely, but where was my complimentary drink upon check-in? It reminded me of a slight oversight for someone who expected a bit more. I won't be returning anytime soon, that's for sure.

quaint medieval villages, hand-picked room decor, inspiring walks
The lack of availability of snacks between meals was like an oversight!!! Given the central location, a small lounge area for casual relaxation would be a welcome addition too!!!
